Climate Chamber Testing Facility
Toronto, Canada
With a testing range from –40°C to +60°C, controlled humidity, sun load simulation, and support for a broad voltage range, the chamber can be used to validate systems and components before field deployment.
Facility Overview
Located in Vaughan, Toronto, Canada, the climate chamber supports testing for full vehicles and individual components. It provides repeatable testing in controlled conditions to support development, validation, troubleshooting, and system performance comparisons. The facility is located at our sister company, Mobile Climate Control (MCC).

Why Controlled Climate Testing Matters
Testing in a controlled environment helps engineering teams evaluate performance under repeatable conditions. This can support both early development work and later-stage validation by making it easier to compare results, identify issues, and verify requirements.
Typical benefits include:
- Validation in both hot and cold climate conditions
- Improved confidence in heating, cooling, defrost, and defog performance
- Better understanding of cabin airflow and thermal comfort
- Support for energy efficiency and power optimization
- Reduced dependence on seasonal or location-specific field testing
- Faster iteration during development and troubleshooting
Vehicle Segments and Applications
- Buses and coaches
- Commercial vehicles
- Electric vehicles
- Specialty vehicles
- Off-road and industrial vehicle applications
