Bus Climate Control (BCC) provides bus HVAC systems and is one of the brands operating within the Mobile Thermal Solutions (MTS) division, together with Mobile Climate Control (MCC) and Italytec. Mobile Thermal Solutions is a division of VBG Group.

Within the MTS division, we operate production and logistics centers in USA (York, Pennsylvania), Canada (Vaughan, Mississauga, Concord), Poland (Oława),Brazil (Nova Odessa), and China (Ningbo). BCC applies the industry‑standard business practices, terms, and conditions defined within Mobile Thermal Solutions. By adopting the standards outlined here, we aim to establish strong, long‑term, and mutually beneficial partnerships with our suppliers.

The documents and manuals presented on this page are intended to help suppliers understand our requirements related to sustainability, purchasing, quality, and logistics for goods and services supplied to BCC within the MTS framework.

The BCC brand is part of a company whose legal name is Mobile Climate Control Inc. This reflects the brand’s origins, as BCC developed out of the MCC brand. As a result, the legal company name is used on formal documentation. 

These resources also support compliance with the IATF 16949 Quality Management System and demonstrate our commitment, as part of Mobile Thermal Solutions and VBG Group, and as a member of the UN Global Compact, to responsible business conduct, sustainable operations, and continuous supplier development. To ensure clarity and consistency, all suppliers are expected to review and comply with these guidelines.

VBG Group - Code of Conduct 
As a provider of goods and/or services to MTS we would like you to be aware of the formal Code of Conduct that is implemented and adapted through all divisions of the VBG Group. 

The VBG Group encourages all our suppliers, consultants and other business partners within its sphere of influence to adapt to these principles. We therefore like to ask you to send a signed acknowledgement in return that your company will adapt to these principles, or a signed copy of your equivalent set of guidelines which you need to adhere to for the regular business within your company. 

Whistleblower  

If you suspect misconduct, violations of our Code of Conduct, human rights, environmental harm, or other non-compliance within our operations or supply chain, you can report it confidentially through our Whistleblower channel. Reports can be made anonymously where permitted by law.

Supplier Change Request (SCR) template 
The Supplier Change Request (SCR) is a standardized format for suppliers to notify MTS of any Product or Process change. When completed, this form should be e-mailed to responsible strategic purchaser at MTS. It is important that no change is ever implemented prior to written approval by MTS.

Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) - Part Submission Warrant 
The PPAP with all requested documentation and samples according to the APQP process shall be available or submitted on the agreed date. This process shall show that all requirements specified in our drawings and specifications are fulfilled
