Everywhere We Go: How Our Dealers Keep BCC Running Strong

At BCC, we’re experts in engineering and manufacturing HVAC systems. Through our singular focus on designing the most efficient systems, we have built trust with some of the largest bus fleets in North America. As a result, we aren’t always personally able to get boots on the ground when it comes to getting our product into the hands of our customers. 

This is where our dealers come in.

Dealers are essential to BCC’s operations. They provide a direct connection to customers and fleet managers, and allow us to focus on production and innovation. They are a major part of getting our products out to the public, and in many ways they’re the face of our company. Our dealers are incredibly important to us, and play a large part in the growth of BCC. 

 

Dealers get it done

BCC dealers’ primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing BCC equipment directly to local fleets
  • Representing BCC as local equipment experts
  • Stocking BCC parts to support local fleets’ demands

Too often, dealers are seen as an extension of BCC, and we count on them to provide the standard of service that our local customers require. From warranty repairs to fleet maintenance, dealers take care of all our customers’ needs.

Dealers are also extremely knowledgeable about BCC products. To ensure that they have this knowledge, communication between BCC and the dealer is key. We take the time to personally train our dealers on how to service and sell our products, and our newly redesigned website provides easily accessible information when questions need to be answered fast.

 

What makes a top dealer

The absolute best of the best of BCC’s dealers represent the standard of what we hope all our dealers can achieve. They are first and foremost incredibly responsive to customer needs. Whether it’s emergency service or having the right parts in stock, these dealers are able to go above and beyond with their service.

A large part of what allows our top dealers to operate so effectively is the constant communication between them and BCC. It allows us to provide dealers with what they need when they need it, whether it be parts, support or answers to important questions. It also allows us to properly educate them on the importance of what BCC does and what we’re working toward, which they can then relay directly to the customer, showing off exactly what BCC products can offer them. 

Moving forward, BCC wants to continue to improve its relationships with all its dealers, allowing our super dealers continued success while helping the rest reach this excellent standard.

 

An evolving partnership

As the BCC network continues to grow, our relationship with our dealers will only become more important. Increasingly advanced technology and growing demand will require better and more frequent communication, and an even greater need for dealers to have a better understanding of BCC’s capabilities. We’ve made great progress with our top dealers, and by keeping at it, we’ll see even more BCC systems on the road in no time.
