A better online experience for dealers

Earlier this year, BCC launched a fully revamped website built with our dealers and Bus OEM partners in mind. The redesigned site makes it easier than ever to find the products, documentation, and support resources you need. Key improvements include streamlined navigation and expanded self-service tools such as parts portals and technical publications. Read more about the new website’s features here.

Next up: a smarter way to purchase parts

In the coming months, BCC will be launching a new Shopify parts portal designed to make your inventory management and purchasing journeys easier than ever. Stay tuned for updates on the rollout.

Dealer spotlight: NESCO Bus Maintenance

BCC’s dealer network is made up of operators who bring deep expertise and long-standing commitment to their work. We're committed to recognizing the partners behind that shared success.

Born in Brooklyn, NESCO Bus Maintenance founder Nestor Zaragoza worked his way up through school bus companies on Long Island, gaining experience in complex repairs along the way. Each step brought him closer to opening NESCO Bus Maintenance—the first full-service school bus maintenance facility on Long Island.

Starting with repairs and growing into full collision work, accessibility conversions, state inspections, and specialized interior construction, NESCO’s offerings grew with its clientele. Notably, NESCO was the first company in the region to offer air conditioning installation on school buses and vans. NESCO has been a long-time and very loyal BCC dealer

NESCO has always been a family operation. Nestor's daughter Darlene has been there from day one and knows the business inside and out. His son Anthony, after graduating from Five Towns College, took the lead on a major expansion: NESCO Bus and Truck Sales, Inc., the Thomas Built Buses dealership serving Long Island and New York City.

BCC Personnel Updates

As BCC continues to grow, we want to make sure you have a clear picture of who to reach and for what. Here's a brief overview of recent changes across the organization.

Jonathan Colpetzer has moved into the role of Product Manager, and James Smith has joined BCC as Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern Region.

Dealers submitting warranty claims should be aware of a team update: Josh Kunkle has moved from the warranty department to a new position within the BCC Tech Services group. In his new role, Josh will be working on service manuals, supporting the Service Hotline, and reporting to Kevin Miller.
